Growing up in Jammu, you're surrounded by some of the most incredible produce in India — and you don't even realise it. Bhaderwah rajma at every family dinner, real saffron in the kheer during festivals, flavours so familiar that you take them completely for granted. It's just... food. The way it's supposed to taste.

Then friends and family started moving to other cities — Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad — and that's when the phone calls began. "Yaar, the rajma here is terrible. Can you send me the Bhaderwah one?" "I bought saffron from the store but I'm not even sure it's real. Can you get me the Kashmiri one?"

So we became the unofficial suppliers. Every few weeks, we'd pack rajma into zip-locks, wrap saffron carefully in foil, and courier parcels to friends across the country. It became a running joke — we were the "Jammu delivery service" for our entire circle.

Then one day it clicked: if everyone we know is asking for this, there must be thousands of people out there who want the real thing but simply don't know where to get it. Why should authentic Bhaderwah rajma or Pampore saffron be impossible to find outside the region?

That's how BestofJammu was born. We source directly from the regions these products are famous for — no middlemen, no adulteration, no compromise. The same stuff we send our own families. Every product you receive from us is exactly what you'd get if you had a friend in Jammu who could send it to you. Because, well, now you do.
